Festival Meeting to be Held
The first meeting of the 2012 CV Outdoors Festival Committee is set for Sat., Feb. 4, 9 AM at the Knoxville Community Center.
This meeting should not run more than an hour and will basically consist of firming up committee assignments and presenting ideas on what new forms of entertainment, exhibits, displays we can bring to this year's Festival to keep it fresh and exciting.
If you can't make it to the meeting, but have ideas you'd like to share, please send Festival Coordinator CJ Houghtaling an email and she'll present it at the meeting. Her email is cv@cvoutdoorsfest.org Phone is 570-376-2821.
We have the place and date set for the 2012 Festival - in the hay field (courtesy of John Painter) across from the Champlain Cemetery just east of Westfield on Sat., Sept. 8, 2012.
