Admission to the Grounds during the day of the Event is FREE.
A Parking Fee of $3 will be charged for the general public. Parking is free for Vendors.
The Festival officially opens to the public at 10 a.m.
Vendors may arrive on the grounds for set up at 8 a.m.
No Vendor may tear down and leave before 4:45 p.m.
The Festival officially closes at 5 p.m.
